About Benessere Bears
"Benessere" means wellness in Italian. These bears are an extension of my desire to care for people. As a Registered Nurse, my goal is to instill a bit of wellness in someone's' life. Benessere bears are quite comforting and bring a quick smile to one's face.

I started making these bears 17 years ago mainly as family gifts. I soon realized how happy they made the recipients. In fact, many times they proved to be quite therapeutic!

Benessere Bears are a great choice for many occasions: Births, Birthdays, 1st day of school, Valentines Day, Christmas, Weddings, Anniversaries, "I'll Miss You" (moving away bears), Get Well Bears, Hospice bears, Military bears.

Each bear is hand sewn (handcrafted) with high quality products. Each one is unique. As shown in the gallery, many color combinations are available. Please specify desired colors. Benessere Bears will make every attempt to accommodate special orders. Special requests are based on product availability.

Plush fabric: 100% polyester, super soft micro plush
Fleece: 100% polyester, soft 380 gram fleece
Eyes/nose: child-proof permanent-lock washer backing
